Aimee Maxwell is a registered psychologist. She has a Bachelor of Behavioural Neuroscience (Psych Hons) from Monash University and is a Partner Investigator on the Principal Health and Wellbeing project.

She is the Project Manager and the webmaster, and is responsible for all data collection and management, respondent database management, respondent queries and the website.


Aimee is currently completing her Ph.D. which investigates the outcomes of emotional demands and emotional labour in Australian school principals. She is also assessing the effects of emotional labour over time (her data comes from the longitudinal Principal Health and Wellbeing project).


Lastly, Aimee is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Economics at Monash University. She worked with the AQoL team and managed data collection using the in-house online survey system, Limesurvey. She was involved in new question creation/design and data analysis. She was involved in the creation of utility weights for the AQoL-8D by doing Time Trade Off, Person Trade Off and Willingness To Pay interviews with members of the general public. She was responsible for helping design the AQoL website and she is the webmaster for that site. She has managed the data collection and cleaning for multiple projects, most recently the international Multi-attribute Instrument Comparison study.
